A native of Northern Colorado, Kaycee was born and raised in Kersey, Colorado. From the time that she was old enough to walk, Kaycee could be found out with the horses. Her love of horses continued to grow and she developed her riding and roping skills through college. After graduating from Platte Valley High School, Kaycee pursued a degree in Equine Business Management at Northeastern Junior College. In addition to earning her degree, she was also a valuable member of the Ranch Horse Team. Upon graduation in 2024, Kaycee returned to Kersey and became a member of the Block and Bridle team.

Her ability to understand animal behavior and handling make Kaycee an excellent veterinary assistant.  From assisting with lameness examinations to dentistry, Kaycee ensures that every patient is treated with respect and compassion.

When not assisting clients, Kaycee enjoys roping, cooking, and spending time with her twin sister, Koree.
