Whether establishing a quality nutrition program prior to breeding or tailoring an insemination protocol, each mare is unique and requires careful management for breeding. Just as mares require individualized care, so, too, do foals. From healthy development to vaccination protocols, our staff will facilitate the growth of your foal throughout its youth. - Ultrasound Evaluation- pre-breeding assessment, pregnancy detection, embryo monitoring
- Artificial Insemination- cooled semen, fresh semen
- Hormone Evaluation- Progesterone
- Mare Breeding Soundness Examination- uterus/ ovary ultrasound assessment, uterine culture evaluation, uterine biopsy evaluation
- Episiotomy/ Caslick's Procedure
- Newborn Foal Examination- IgG passive transfer testing, IV plsama infusion, overall health/ wellness evaluation of mare and foal, conformational assessment of foal
- Foal Conformation Management- contracted tendons, tendon laxity, angular limb deformities
